For VPs of Engineering and CTOs

Fewer database incidents, and proof of how you handled the ones you had

DBExplore reduces the incidents your customers notice, gives auditors a signed record of every action, and never lets an AI change production without the controls you set.

What goes wrong

Incidents that reach customers

Query regressions after deploys and capacity surprises are the database incidents that end up in the status page and the board deck.

Audit questions you answer by hand

Who changed that index, when, and who approved it. Right now the answer lives in a Slack thread.

AI agents nobody governs

Teams are already pointing AI assistants at production. Deleted databases and prompt-injection leaks are no longer hypothetical.

What DBExplore does about it

The operational detail behind this: what crosses the boundary, enumerated.

Earned autonomy, per tenant

Automation starts at recommend. It graduates only on a measured precision record, and your executive sponsor is the only role that can grant a tier.

A signed audit ledger

Every observation, decision, and action lands in a cryptographically signed ledger with long-term retention and export for your auditors.

Vendor-neutral by design

One control plane across AWS, GCP, Azure, Neon, Supabase, and self-hosted. Moving a workload does not mean losing its history.

Predictable engagement

A ninety-day pilot with a fixed scope, an MTTR baseline on day one, and a written report at the end.

Engineering leaders: questions we get first

What does a pilot cost?

Pilots are scoped to three databases for ninety days with a capped AI spend. We agree the number on the first call and it does not change during the pilot.

How do you handle security review?

We provide the agent threat model, the subprocessor list, a DPA, the data-classification policy, and cosign signatures for every artifact. Security questionnaires are answered within five business days.

Can DBExplore change anything without approval?

Not by default. Every tenant starts at approve. Disruptive actions always need two approvers, and every mutating action passes a fail-closed policy gate first.

What if we leave?

Your data is yours. Export the ledger and the metrics in documented formats. Tenant data is hard-deleted thirty days after termination.

Run DBExplore on your fleet.

We onboard teams in small batches. Tell us about your fleet and we will reach out when a seat opens. One email, no drip campaign.
