These terms govern your use of www.dbexplore.com (the "Site"), operated by DBExplore Pte. Ltd. ("DBExplore", "we"). Use of the DBExplore product itself, including any pilot or early-access programme, is governed by a separate written agreement.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and submit forms for your own evaluation of DBExplore. You may not scrape the Site at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, submit false information, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

Content

The Site's content is owned by DBExplore or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link. Blog posts may be shared freely with a link to the original.

Product descriptions on the Site describe capabilities of the DBExplore platform as currently designed. Availability of specific features to a given customer, engine, or deployment model is defined in the customer agreement. Nothing on the Site is a warranty.

Amazon Web Services, Aurora, RDS, Google Cloud, AlloyDB, Cloud SQL, Microsoft Azure, Neon, Supabase, TimescaleDB, Citus, CockroachDB, and YugabyteDB are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBExplore excludes all warranties in relation to the Site and will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Privacy

Personal data submitted through the Site is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do.
